“Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.”

Dear LMF Summit Team,
We are just 39 days away from the 2026 Love Me First Women’s Summit in Champaign, Illinois!
As the Summit draws closer, the pace may increase, responsibilities may feel heavier, and unexpected adjustments may arise. In moments like these, it is easy to focus on everything that still needs to be done.
But this week, I want us to focus on one word: faithfulness.
Faithfulness is continuing to serve when the excitement settles and the work becomes real. It is honoring our commitments, communicating honestly, and taking responsibility for what God has placed in our hands.
We may not be able to control every circumstance, but we can choose to be faithful in this season.
Faithfulness Moves the Vision Forward
Every assignment connected to this Summit serves a greater purpose.
Every invitation brings us closer to a woman who needs this experience.
Every follow-up helps someone feel remembered.
Every prayer strengthens the spiritual foundation of the Summit.
Every completed task allows the next person to move forward.
Every role — seen or unseen — is valuable to this vision.
Your title does not determine your importance. Your visibility does not determine your value. Whether you are leading, planning, promoting, organizing, welcoming, praying, decorating, recruiting, or serving quietly behind the scenes, what you contribute matters.
God sees your faithfulness, even when no one else sees the work.
Remember the Women We Are Serving
This Summit exists to help women heal from what has been broken, rediscover their God-given identity, experience genuine sisterhood, walk boldly in purpose, and build a generational legacy.
A woman may arrive carrying years of rejection and leave knowing she is chosen.
A woman may arrive feeling invisible and leave knowing she is seen.
A woman may arrive uncertain about her future and leave ready to pursue what God placed inside her.
A woman may begin a healing journey that changes not only her life, but also the lives of her children and generations to come.
That is why our faithfulness matters. We are preparing the room for women we haven’t even met yet.
A Word From My Heart
Ladies, I know we are all balancing responsibilities outside of LMF. I value every sacrifice, prayer, idea, connection, and hour you have contributed.
As we enter these final weeks, I am asking each of us to take an honest look at what is in our hands.
If you have an unfinished assignment, take the next step.
If you are waiting for information, follow up.
If you need assistance, communicate.
If you have become discouraged, reconnect with the purpose.
If you have completed your work, reach back and help another sister move forward.
Faithfulness does not mean carrying everything alone. It means remaining accountable, available, and willing to work together.
We are not striving for perfection. We are building with commitment, grace, and love.
Our Spiritual Focus This Week
Set aside a few quiet minutes and pray:
“Lord, show me what needs my faithful attention this week. Give me the discipline to follow through, the humility to ask for help, and the grace to support my team.”
Then choose one Summit responsibility to complete or significantly advance before the week ends. Do not allow the size of the entire vision to keep you from taking your next faithful step.
This Week's Declaration
Say this out loud:
I will be faithful in this season.
I will honor the assignment God has placed in my hands.
I will follow through, communicate clearly, and ask for help when I need it.
I will not be distracted by pressure, comparison, or discouragement.
My role is valuable, my contribution is necessary, and my faithfulness moves the vision forward.
I will support my sisters and serve with humility, excellence, and love.
I believe women will heal, rediscover their identity, experience sisterhood, walk in purpose, and build generational legacy.
We are preparing the room for women we haven’t even met yet.
I will be found faithful.
Thank you for continuing to carry this vision with me. We are getting closer, and what we do in these next several weeks matters.
Let’s remain prayerful. Let’s remain connected. Let’s remain faithful.
