“Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.”
— 1 Corinthians 12:4–5 KJV
Dear LMF Summit Team,
We are now 46 days away from the 2026 Love Me First Women’s Summit!
As I think about the team God has brought together, I am reminded that no two of us are exactly alike. We have different personalities, experiences, strengths, ideas, connections, and ways of serving.
That is not a weakness — it is part of God’s design.
The vision does not need everyone doing the same thing. It needs each of us bringing our unique gifts to the same purpose.
Your Gift Belongs Here
Some of you are gifted to lead.
Some are gifted to organize.
Some are natural encouragers.
Some know how to make people feel welcomed and loved.
Some carry creativity, wisdom, hospitality, administration, discernment, or the ability to solve problems quietly behind the scenes.
Every gift is needed.
The person holding the microphone is not more valuable than the person preparing the room. The person leading a team is not more important than the person faithfully completing an assignment. Public service and quiet service both matter to God.
There are no unimportant roles in this vision.
We Need What God Placed in You
This Summit is being created for women who need a safe place to heal, rediscover their God-given identity, experience genuine sisterhood, awaken to their purpose, and begin building a stronger generational legacy.
Our different gifts will help us reach different women.
Your smile may make someone feel safe.
Your testimony may give someone hope.
Your attention to detail may prevent confusion.
Your invitation may reach the woman who desperately needs to be in the room.
Your prayer may cover a battle no one else can see.
Your service may become the very thing that reminds her, “I matter. I am seen. I belong here.”
Never underestimate what God can do through what He placed inside you.
A Word From My Heart
Ladies, comparison can make us question our value, and competition can damage our unity. Neither one belongs in what we are building.
We do not have to compete for recognition when we understand that we are working toward the same outcome.
When one department succeeds, the whole Summit becomes stronger.
When one woman receives support, the whole team becomes healthier.
When one team member brings her gift fully, we all benefit.
Let us honor one another, celebrate one another, and make room for one another to serve. If you notice a sister becoming overwhelmed, offer support. If someone has a strength you do not possess, appreciate it. If you have an idea, share it with humility and remain open to collaboration.
We are many women, carrying many gifts, but serving one vision.
Our Spiritual Focus This Week
Take a moment to identify the gift you bring to this Summit. Complete this sentence:
“God has equipped me to help this vision through my gift of __________.”
Then find one intentional way to use that gift this week. Also encourage one team member by telling her something valuable you see in her contribution.
This Week's Declaration
Say this out loud:
God has given me gifts that belong in this vision.
I will not compare, compete, or minimize my contribution.
I will serve confidently, humbly, and faithfully.
I will honor the gifts God has placed in my sisters.
I will celebrate their strengths and support them when they need help.
Every role is valuable, every assignment has purpose, and every act of service matters.
Together, we are creating a place of healing, identity, sisterhood, purpose, and generational transformation.
We are preparing the room for women we haven’t even met yet.
We are many gifts serving one vision.
Thank you for bringing your heart, your gift, and your unique contribution to LMF. We could not build this vision in the way God intended without each of you.
Let’s continue working together — with love, honor, unity, and expectation.
