Dear LMF Summit Team,
This week, I want to speak from my heart about something that will be essential as we move closer to the Summit: unity.
God did not give this vision to one person to accomplish alone. He has brought together women with different personalities, experiences, gifts, ideas, and strengths.
And that is beautiful.
We will not always think the same. We may not always approach a task the same way. There may even be moments when something needs to be changed, corrected, or done differently.
But we must never allow a difference in approach to become division in our hearts.
We Are One Team
Our goal is bigger than any one department, title, assignment, or individual preference.
When registration succeeds, we all succeed.
When hospitality makes a woman feel loved, we all succeed.
When the room is beautiful, we all succeed.
When a woman encounters God, experiences healing, and leaves different from how she arrived — that is our victory.
There is no small role in this vision.
A Word From My Heart
Ladies, as Founder, there may be times when I have to adjust the blueprint as the vision becomes clearer.
I ask you to give me grace in those moments. And I promise to extend that same grace to you.
We are building something we have never built at this level before. We are establishing a blueprint that LMF can carry into cities and states beyond 2026.
So let’s protect one another.
Let’s communicate.
Let’s ask before assuming.
Let’s correct with love.
Let’s celebrate each other’s gifts.
And most importantly, let’s protect the unity of this team.
Because the women coming to this Summit deserve to walk into an atmosphere that we have already filled with love.
This Week's Declaration
Say this out loud:
“I choose unity.
I choose grace.
I choose love.
I will honor the gifts God has placed in my sisters.
I will communicate before I assume.
I will not allow offense, frustration, or misunderstanding to distract me from the assignment.
We are one team, carrying one vision, for one purpose.”
Thank you for helping me build something that is bigger than any one of us.
We are preparing the room for women we haven’t even met yet.
