Dear LMF Summit Team,
Today marks 60 days until the 2026 Love Me First Women’s Summit!
As we move closer to October 9–11, I want to remind you that excellence is not about being perfect. Excellence is about giving God our very best with what He has placed in our hands.
Every detail of this Summit carries purpose.
A warm greeting can comfort a woman who almost talked herself out of coming.
A carefully prepared welcome bag can make her feel remembered.
A completed assignment can help another team member serve more effectively.
A timely response can give someone the reassurance she needs to register.
What may feel like a small task to us could become part of a life-changing experience for her.
Excellence Is an Expression of Love
We are not simply planning an event. We are creating an environment where women can:
Heal from what has been broken
Rediscover their God-given identity
Experience genuine sisterhood
Find courage to walk in purpose
Begin building a healthier generational legacy
That is why preparation matters. That is why follow-through matters. That is why every role matters.
Whether you are leading a team, making calls, sharing posts, recruiting volunteers, welcoming guests, organizing materials, decorating, praying, or serving quietly behind the scenes — your contribution is valuable to this vision.
The stage cannot fulfill its purpose without the work happening away from the spotlight.
A Word From My Heart
Ladies, as our excitement grows, so will our responsibilities. Let us resist the temptation to become overwhelmed, distracted, or discouraged.
We do not have to do everything at once, but we must faithfully complete what has been assigned to us.
If you need help, communicate.
If you need clarity, ask.
If you have fallen behind, begin again.
There is grace in the building process, but there must also be commitment. We are depending on one another, and the women coming are depending on what we are preparing together.
Let’s serve with joyful hearts. Let’s honor deadlines. Let’s communicate with love. Let’s complete our assignments with care.
Excellence is ministry too.
Our Spiritual Focus This Week
Before beginning each Summit assignment, pause and pray:
“Lord, help me serve with love, wisdom, and excellence. Let everything I do contribute to an atmosphere where women can encounter You.”
Then choose one Summit assignment that you can complete or move forward this week. Small, faithful progress still moves the vision forward.
This Week's Declaration
Say this out loud:
“I will serve with excellence and love.
I will honor God through my preparation.
I will be faithful with every assignment placed in my hands.
I will communicate, follow through, and support my team.
I reject fear, procrastination, and distraction.
My role is valuable, my service has purpose, and my contribution matters.
I am helping create an atmosphere where women can heal, grow, and encounter God.
We are preparing the room for women we haven’t even met yet.”
Thank you for continuing to carry this vision with me. What we are building will reach beyond one weekend. We are laying a foundation for healing, sisterhood, purpose, and generational transformation.
Let’s keep building — with grace, unity, love, and excellence.
