Week 10 · Final Countdown
“Final Countdown: We Are 11 Days Away!”
Scripture for the Week
“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
— Philippians 4:7 KJV
Dear LMF Summit Team,
Ladies, we are officially in the final countdown—only 11 days remain until the Love Me First Ministries 2026 Women’s Summit!
What we have prayed about, planned for, sacrificed for, and worked toward is almost here. On Friday, October 9, women will begin walking into the room we have been preparing.
In these final days, our lists may feel longer, our schedules may become fuller, and last-minute changes may arise. However, I want to remind us that we do not have to carry this assignment in panic.
We can prepare urgently without losing our peace.
We can address challenges without turning against one another.
We can finish our assignments while remaining prayerful, loving, flexible, and united.
God did not bring us this far for fear, pressure, confusion, or frustration to control our final days.
Protect the Atmosphere
Before the first woman arrives, we are already creating the atmosphere through our words, attitudes, prayers, and interactions.
Let us speak life.
Let us communicate clearly.
Let us solve problems without placing blame.
Let us extend grace when something changes.
Let us ask for help before becoming overwhelmed.
Let us remember that we are sisters serving one vision.
The women attending this Summit deserve to enter a space already filled with peace, love, unity, and expectation. We cannot pour peace into the room if we allow pressure to empty it from our own hearts.
We are preparing the room for women we haven’t even met yet.
Remember Why We Are Here
This Summit is not simply about completing a schedule or hosting a successful event. We are preparing an experience where women can:
Heal from what has been broken
Rediscover their God-given identity
Experience genuine sisterhood
Walk confidently in their purpose
Begin building a stronger generational legacy
A woman may arrive feeling anxious and encounter peace.
She may walk in carrying shame and discover that she is still worthy of love.
She may come feeling alone and leave surrounded by sisters.
She may arrive uncertain about her next step and leave with the courage to obey God.
That is why these final details matter.
Every Role Is Valuable
Every team member is helping carry the atmosphere and the assignment.
The woman praying is covering the room.
The woman answering questions is providing reassurance.
The woman preparing materials is creating order.
The woman welcoming guests is communicating love.
The woman handling a last-minute challenge is protecting the attendee experience.
The woman encouraging another team member is strengthening the entire team.
No role is small. No act of service is wasted. Every willing heart and helping hand is valuable to this vision.
A Word From My Heart
Ladies, I am deeply grateful for every sacrifice that has brought us to this moment. We have worked, adjusted, stretched, prayed, and continued moving forward.
Now, as we approach October 9, I need us to protect our peace and our connection with one another.
If something needs attention, communicate it clearly.
If you feel overwhelmed, ask for support.
If a misunderstanding occurs, address it with love.
If plans change, remain flexible.
If pressure rises, pause and pray before responding.
We are too close to allow frustration, offense, or confusion to distract us from the assignment.
Let us enter these final 11 days with calm hearts, clear minds, willing spirits, and great expectation. God is already in our tomorrow, and He will meet us in every detail.
Our Spiritual Focus for the Final Countdown
Before beginning Summit work each day, pause and pray:
“Lord, guard my heart and mind. Help me carry peace into every conversation, decision, and assignment. Show me what requires my attention and give me grace for what I cannot control.”
Then complete one outstanding task and intentionally encourage one team member.
This Week's Declaration
Say this out loud:
I will protect my peace as we approach the Summit.
I will not allow pressure, fear, offense, or confusion to control me.
I will communicate clearly, respond with grace, and serve with love.
I will remain flexible, prayerful, focused, and united with my team.
My role is valuable, my presence matters, and my service strengthens the vision.
I believe women will heal, rediscover their God-given identity, experience sisterhood, walk in purpose, and build generational legacy.
We are preparing the room for women we haven’t even met yet.
We are 11 days away, and we will be ready.
God has brought us this far, and He will carry us through.
Thank you for continuing to serve with your whole heart. The finish line is in sight, ladies. Let’s move through these final days with peace in our hearts, unity throughout our team, and great expectation for what God is about to do.
With love, purpose & expectation,
